ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW BOARD (ERB)
The Tribal EPA Office and Environmental Review Board will strive to develop a complete Environmental Department that will encompass all elements related to the protection and conservation of all Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribal lands. The Tribal Environmental Protection Agency will work in a cooperative manner with all tribal programs, local, State and Federal Agencies to achieve all program goals related to the protection of human health and the environment.
I. Encourage a open atmosphere for the exchange of ideas and sugguestins for a safe,
healthful, and environmentally responsible community.
II. Care for the environment by promoting ethical and responsible behaviors.
III. Maintain necessary documention to demonstrate regulatory compliance and responsible actions within health, safety and environmental projects.
IV. Respond to and investigate environmental, health, and safety concerns of the tribal community and its members within the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma service area.
