TO: ALL CHEYENNE & ARAPAHO TRIBAL MEMBERS

(18 YEARS AND OLDER ON OR BEFORE November 21, 2009)

Special Tribal Council Meeting

Saturday, November 21, 2009     10:00 a.m.

Hammon Community Hall-Hammon, OK

In accordance with the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes’ Constitution, Article V, Section 3 (b) Special Meetings of the Tribal Council may be called by five members of the Legislature or by petition signed by one hundred fifty Members of the Tribes.

The following items are posted at the Office of Tribal Council (located at Concho Community Hall), Office of Administration (formerly Business Manager's Office), and C & A Website (ww.c-a-tribes.org). Any resolution is available to the public.

• Resolution authorizing the Governor to Execute Gaming Vendor Agreements on behalf of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.

In accordance with the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes’ Constitution, Article V, Section 3 (c) The Coordinator of the Office of Tribal Council shall provide notice of all Regular Meetings and Special Meetings of the Tribal Council at least fifteen days before such Meeting. This document serves as the required fifteen day public notice.
