TO: ALL CHEYENNE & ARAPAHO TRIBAL MEMBERS
(18 YEARS AND OLDER ON OR BEFORE December 12, 2009)
Special Tribal Council Meeting
December 12, 2009 9:00 a.m.
Frisco Center, Clinton, OK
In accordance with the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes’ Constitution, Article V, Section 3 (b) Special
Meetings of the Tribal Council may be called by five members of the Legislature or by petition signed by one hundred fifty Members of the Tribes.
A petition calling for a Special Meeting of the Tribal Council for Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. to be held at the Frisco Center (101 S. 4th Street), Clinton, OK was received on November 6, 2009. Verification of 163 valid signatures was received by the Tribal Enrollment Director on November 9, 2009.
The following items are posted at the Office of Tribal Council (located at Concho Community Hall), Office of
Administration (formerly Business Manager's Office), and Tribal Website (ww.c-a-tribes.org). Any
resolution is available to the public.

- Resolution to hold a Referendum Election to amend the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Constitution Article IV, Section 1., Subsection (d), to change 1/4 degree of blood of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes to 1/8 degree of blood of teh Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
In accordance with the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes’ Constitution, Article V, Section 3 (c) The Coordinator of the Office of Tribal Council shall provide notice of all Regular Meetings and Special Meetings of the Tribal Council at least fifteen days before such Meeting. This document serves as the required fifteen day public notice.>
