Network Services Associate

Description of Work:
The Network Services Associate is accountable to implement and project manage all Network Services and Mobile telephone accounts. They handle the ordering; management, billing, and usage of these services are effective and appropriate. Specific, assigned areas of responsibilities include:
Essential Functions:
This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single candidate.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: contract negotiation, customer service, and troubleshooting.
- Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved and negotiates the pricing of new cellular and network services.
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Regularly audits network and cellular phone services bills to ensure accurate billing.
- Implement and project manage network services within the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes
- Resolves all service issues regarding their current network and cellular telephone services
- Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues with the Network Carrier
- Documents all end-user requests and interactions for those within the tribe needing adds, moves, or changes.
- Follow documented procedures when making requested changes to account such as adding promotions, adding/removing features, changing calling plans, etc.
- Tracks and stays on top of all open requests

- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy

- Ability to follow through and document issues and resolutions
- Strong organization skills and very detailed oriented
- Ability to operate general office equipment (computer, fax machines, copiers, scanners)
Experience:
- 2-5 years Network Services project management
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- Must pass pre-hire drug screening
