The Fitness Staff is dedicated to providing support for individuals and groups in their quest for healthier lifestyle. The Fitness Staff works with area schools to provide additional support for fitness goals of these programs.

¨ Eyeglass Program - offers voucher towards the purchase of eyeglasses for Diabetic patients who meet the program requirements. Assistance may only be utilized once per year. We are not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen glasses. Over 150 quality frames available to choose from, as well as, various lenses, tints, and offer bi-focal, or tri-focal options. Expanded payment arrangements are available with the Elder Care Program, Crisis Assistance Program, and the Johnson O’Malley Program. See each program for further details. Services are also available for private pay, public and tribal employees. This program is available to travel to communities upon request.
